Private bureau’s Hamraah-e Avval phone bills – illegal
Hamraah-e Avval phone bills by private bureaus is illegal and the offending office will be prosecuted.
Ali Hamidi, in conversation with MOBNA, announced the practice will violate the uniformity of phone bills across the country.
He indicated that private telecom bureaus produce the bills cheaper but charge the buyer 2,000 Rial apiece.
He stressed, however, that the figures on unoriginal bills are the same as the original, and it is the format that does not adhere to a standard.
Asked if he could quote the figure regarding the occurrence of such practice, he said such bills are very limited in number since the MTC exerts a rigid control over the matter.
The practice takes place because some subscribers do not receive their phone bills in time and so resort to private bureaus.
