926 BTS sites launched in Khorassan Razavi Province

Mobile phone penetration rate in the province is now reported as 93.27 per cent.
The province has over 2.088 million landline phones.
From the beginning of the current Iranian year (March 21, 2008) over 238,000 landline phones have been installed in the province which is on schedule in most cities of the province.
1,149,000 landline phones are estimated to be in the city of Mashed supported by 29 centers.
There are 964 such centers in the whole province.
