MCI sim card rings in Argentina

“MCI network is now open to these operators and their subscribers will from now benefit from the link,” MCT public relation announced.
MCT has roaming contract with 237 operators in 105 countries and Argentina’s Telecom Personal is the country’s first operator to sign a roaming contract with MCI.
MCI has 28 million subscribers in Iran.
