118 telephone directory answered 9m calls

“There are 520 operators who work during morning shift and there are 350 who work in the afternoon shift,” Mohammad Khojastehnia told Mobna news agency.
“The peak time is 9am to 12pm when some calls are unanswered,” he added.
He said they needed extra 20% workforce to answer all calls.
