Hamraah-e Avval subscribers’ phone bills sent by SMS
The SMS text contains call times, SMSs, local and intercity calls, full call transcripts together with outstanding balance for the Mar 21-May 21 period.
Hamraah-e Avval subscribers had previously complained about not receiving their phone bills in time or their phone bills being sent to wrong address which they claimed was mainly due to lack of coordination between Post Office and MTC.
The SMS texts will help some subscribers who are subjected to SIM card deactivation for false assumption that they have failed to pay their phone bills.
Hamraah-e Avval has nearly 17m postpaid SIM card subscribers.
