MCI to launch suing prank calls via sms: official

“This service will be offered in order to decrease subscribers referring to MCI telecommunication service bureaus in person,” MCI marketing and customer service deputy Mohammad-mahdi Otoufi told Irans mobile news agency (Mobna).   
“This plan is in its final testing phase and after the pilot phase is over, the service will be launched for MCI customers,” he said.
“Suing prank calls is not possible without sim cards owner presence, so in this plan laws and technical issues should be studied completely,” Otoufi added.
“Currently 68 MCI telecommunication service bureaus in Tehran and other provinces work until 23:00. Moreover offering MCI bureaus services as electronic services are on our agenda,” he added.
