Government should include telecom tariff differences in annual Budget-TCI chief

“According to item 89 of article 44 of the Constitution, if tariffs are below the final cost the Government has to include the difference in the annual Budget,” Vafa Ghaffarian told Mobna news agency.
He expressed hope that capable people would be elected to the TCI board of directors in the coming days.
TCI extraordinary general meeting was convened today Nov 30 with 92 percent of shareholders, at which five legal entities were appointed to the board of directors instead of the previous five real persons.
In future, changes in TCI board members do not require a general meeting.
