MCI subscribers made 4,800 daily calls to 1868 operator

“The number of calls to the operator at Noruz holidays was three times the average,” Nasser Ghadir Kashani told Mobna news agency.
“The calls were mainly for reactivation of sim cards (deactivated due debt) and change of sim cards, which were normally carried out in less than six hours,” he said.
“Preparation of transaction documents, change of sim cards, reactivation of mobile phone number, change of address, removal of a name from black list, sim card application registration and sale of sim cards at official price are among services rendered by the center,” he added.
