Subscribers wishing to use the system or other Taliya new services such as linking to the internet, receiving email via sms, receiving latest coin and currency market values and meteorological data should send an empty sms message to 5000932.
Other Taliya new services include call wait, call transfer, purchase of charge cards through the internets or ATM terminals.
Taliya has currently around 1m subscribers who are located in provincial centers or major cities.
