Second Operator owes Government over 2 trillion rials: RCRO head

“The operator has also failed to pay some part of its previous debt to Government,” Mahmoud Khosravi told Mobna news agency.
“The operator has not paid its debt ostensibly because of its interconnection problem with TCI but that is irrelevant,” he said.
“Second Operator has so far paid Government 300 billion rials towards franchise fee but the deadline on another payment ended two months ago and it will be fined for the delay,” he added.
