MCI to Saudi Arabia operators link charges

A call received through Al-Jawal (STS) in Saudi Arabia is charged 9,484 rials per min and those from Saudi Arabia to Iran are charged 20,813 rials per min.
A call to Saudi Arabia landline or mobile phone is charged 9,917 rials per min, while an sms message will cost 4,168 rials.
Similar services through Al-Etihad operator will cost 3,632, 12,520, 2,209 and 1,964 rials respectively.
Same services through Zain operator will cost 3,721, 13,087, 2,309 and 2,052 rials respectively.
A list of such charges has already been submitted to Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization.
