Internet SLA regulations was approved

A service-level agreement (SLA) is a negotiated agreement between two parties where one is the customer and the other is the service provider. This can be a legally binding formal or informal contract (see internal department relationships). Contracts between the service provider and other third parties are often (incorrectly) called SLAs.
The SLA regulations details will be announced by RCRO soon.
By SLA approval internet services access will be determined in four levels. This regulation will set commitments between Telecommunication Infrastructure Company as internet broadband provider and distributors and ultimate users.
In SLA agreement user should choose its access level and pay its fee. Afterward if his access cut off increases, Telecommunication Infrastructure Company as service provider should pay the cut off loss.
