Video conference system for court sessions to be launched
“Use of video conference as pilot has been implemented successfully in Gilan province which after regulation set it will be decreed to courts to be implemented,” Bardia Sadr Noori told Iran’s mobile news agency (MOBNA).
“By use of this system the judicial file can be judged without prisoner presence in court,” he said.
“This project is second phase of judicial file management or electronic court system. The ultimate goal of this project is making electronic judgment process so that all judgment stages to be performed electronically,” he continued.
He had said earlier that in coming month 6,000 judicial courts countrywide will be mechanized.
Also he had said that CMS software has been installed and launched in most courts of justice to manage justice files. By supplying telecommunication infrastructures in a month all branches will have this software.
