Telecommunication handed over capital increase to Tehran exchange: company official

“Telecommunication Company of Iran got quoted in Tehran Bourse around 20 July, in order to be sold off,” TCI managing director Saber Feizi said.
“Already the authorities had asked 16 questions from the TCI and the company had replied to all of them,” he added.
“These questions included changing the TCI to public company, finance data  based of operators certification, development plans information, property situation and privatization organization commitment in regards to the TCIs quoting in the Bourse,” he said..
“According to the government economic commission decree it is planned that 3.36 trillion rials (357 million dollars) of Telecommunication property to be transferred to Telecommunication ministry for the control purposes,” Feizi said.
Financial papers for Iranian years ending March 2006 and March 2007 and the first half of 1386 Iranian year ending March 2998 have already been handed over to the Bourse office.
