MCI network blind spots in Tehran are 100: MCI deputy
It had been announced that MCI mobile phone network in Tehran has 300 blind spots.
“By installing new BTS sites most of mobile telecom blind spots has been cleared,” MCI engineering and technical deputy Hasan Razavi told Irans mobile news agency (Mobna).
“Two third of blind spots problems has been cleared completely. If subscribers have problems in the highways or in some regions they can report it to MCI,” he continued.
“It is probable that one sites turns off for seconds which has effects on near sites, but first operator permanently control the network in order to decrease these cases,” Razavi said.
“Currently MCI network is being tested always and its weaknesses and strengths are recognized so that subscribers do not confront with calls cut off at all,” he added.
“Cut off rate has decreased dramatically, also MCI network capacity has been increased in order to access the network,” he elaborated.
